We are a team of four young women - all under the age of 24 who are new to adventure racing, but not new to challenging ourselves, making goals, and committing to seeing them happen.
Between the four of us we have travelled to more than fifty countries, run thirty half marathons, seven full marathons, five ultra marathons and a full ironman. All four of us grew up deeply rooted to Auckland's west coast, surfing, kiteboarding, running, exploring, and being members of the surf club. We learnt from a young age that not only could we be as good as the boys - we could be better. All of us have a love and a drive to explore, adventure, journey and push ourselves beyond our limits and achieve our goals. This passion spills into the people and community around us, all of us have a genuine love for encouraging others to reach outside their comfort zone, and introducing people to the wonders of mother earth. |
BillieBillie is our golden girl. She completed her first marathon at the age of 20 and since then has gone on to complete 4 more marathons, and 4 ultra marathons. In January of 2015 she completed her first half ironman, and in March of 2016 she went on to complete a full ironman - and come second in her division. She is a qualified paramedic and graduated AUT in 2015 with a degree in Paramedicine. She inspires us all to live life to the absolute max and go out and make our dreams happen.

AndyAndy has determination like no other - she was never a runner by nature, but being best friends with Billie saw that change. She overcame numerous challenges to run her first half marathon in 2014, and has run five more since then. She's incredibly strong, and outdoes us all on any given day in the gym. She's a force to be reckoned with when she sets her mind to something, she is in her final semester of studying International Tourism Management, majoring in Business and is the epitome of a strong, motivated woman. She's also the mama of our team, making sure we've all brushed our teeth, drunk our water, and eaten enough protein to fuel us through each training session.

She completed her first full Marathon in the heat of Hawaii alongside Lucy. She's a passionate kitesurfer, teaching and enjoying the stoke all around the world.
